Yes. Scale Ova builds your store inside your own Shopify store: you connect one before generating. A store on Shopify's free trial or a development store is enough to start.
Install Scale Ova on your store from the Shopify App Store, or sign up on scale-ova.ai and connect your store. Then pick your starting point: describe your project (Ova Start), paste a product link (Ova Link), the site of a brand you like (Ova Copy), or your current store, rebuilt in the Scale Ova theme (Ova Recraft).
Generating your store and browsing all of it in the preview is free, with a small AI budget to tweak it. Publishing to Shopify takes a paid plan: there is no free trial of publishing. An unpublished store stays in your account, and you can come back to publish it later.

The optional AI add-on adds credit every month and stops without touching your store. Shopify is still paid separately.
Yes, as many times as you want. Your plan counts stores live at the same time, not stores created. Example with Starter: store A doesn't sell, you generate store B for another product and publish it in its place, on the same subscription.
No. As long as your subscription stays active, its price doesn't change, launch price included. The launch price shows for 24 hours after your first store. If you cancel and come back, the price shown that day applies.
The budget for your requests to Ova. A tweak uses little, building a whole store much more. It refills each month, with no daily limit. When it runs out, add a top-up or wait for next month.
You cancel yourself, in one click: My Profile, Subscription tab, "Cancel my subscription". Everything keeps working until the end of the paid period, which is not refunded.
No. The product, the supplier and shipping stay with you. You connect your store to your supplier, AliExpress or CJdropshipping for example, with a Shopify app like DSers: it forwards your orders. Ova advises you on choosing the product and the supplier.
AliExpress, Alibaba, Amazon, Shopify stores and most product pages. Some sites block reading, like Temu or Etsy: paste the product's photos and text in the chat instead, and Ova does the same.
Ova advises you on your product, pricing, ads and conversion, and edits your store so it converts better. It doesn't create or run your ads. No store guarantees sales: without visitors, a live store doesn't sell.
In the chat, describe the result you want: "make the home page deep green", "add a gift sets collection", "free shipping over €50 in France". Ova does it in seconds. For a precise spot, click the section in the preview, then ask.
Yes, two ways: the preview's "Edit mode", or Shopify's theme editor. What you change in Shopify comes back into Scale Ova.
A design change waits until you click "Publish": until then, your customers see the current version. A product, a price, a menu or a discount code applies in Shopify right away. "Previous versions" brings back an earlier publish.
Your addresses don't move: Shopify keeps the URL of every product, collection and page, whatever the theme. When Ova rewrites copy, you review it before publishing.
Shopify locks a new store behind a password. You remove it in Shopify, Online Store, Preferences, once a Shopify plan is picked. If publishing got stuck, open your store's dashboard in Scale Ova and click "See required action".
In Shopify: Settings, Payments. Shopify Payments is the simplest. It isn't available in some countries, like Benin or Cameroon: you then need a gateway that accepts your country, like Flutterwave or FasterPay. Your orders arrive in Shopify's Orders menu.
It keeps its .myshopify.com address. A domain of your own is bought separately, then connected in Shopify. A fairly general name lets you switch products and keep the same domain.
Yes. It lives in your own Shopify account, in your name. Your products, customers and orders stay in Shopify. The copy, images and logos created for your brand are yours.
At the end of the paid period, your store is blocked: the theme stays installed, but visitors can't order, and Ova stops. Your theme and data stay saved: a new subscription unblocks the store. The lifetime store stays online without a subscription.

The store is blocked as if it had no plan: the theme stays, but visitors can't order. Your products, collections, customers and orders stay in Shopify. To stop using Scale Ova, publish another theme before uninstalling. Reinstalling the app unblocks the store.
Because Ova edits the whole store, not just the theme: products, collections, menus, discounts, shipping, markets, languages and policies. Each permission serves one of these tasks. If Shopify asks for a new one, Scale Ova tells you with an "Allow on Shopify" button.
Write to support or to contact@scale-ova.ai: the app has no button for it. Cancel your subscription first to stop the payments. The installed theme stays on Shopify, and is removed in Online Store, Themes.
