Data we process

Account data: name, email address, password. Passwords are never stored in plain text, only as a cryptographic hash.

Connection data: IP address, browser type, date and time of sign-ins. This is used to secure the service, in particular to limit repeated sign-in attempts.

Usage data: the store links and images you submit, the content generated, and the volume used against your quota.

Billing data: the plan you subscribed to and your payment history. Card details are handled directly by our payment provider and never pass through our servers.

Purposes and legal bases

Providing the service, managing your account and performing your subscription: performance of the contract.

Securing the service and preventing abuse: legitimate interest.

Meeting our accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation.

Sending you information about the service: legitimate interest for customers, consent otherwise. You may object at any time.

Recipients

Your data is neither sold nor rented. It is accessible to authorised staff at the publisher and to processors acting on instruction: hosting, payment provider, and artificial intelligence model providers used for content generation.

Each processor is bound by a contract requiring a level of protection equivalent to our own.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some processors may be established outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.

Retention periods

Account data: for the life of the account, then three years after the last contact.

Connection data: twelve months.

Generated content: for the life of the account, then deleted when it is closed.

Accounting records: ten years, as required by the French commercial code.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to issue directives about its fate after your death.

To exercise them, write to À COMPLÉTER — adresse de contact. We reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested where there is reasonable doubt.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.

Security

Traffic to and from the site is encrypted. Passwords are stored as hashes. Access to production data is restricted to those who need it.

No system is infallible: in the event of a data breach likely to create a high risk to your rights, you would be informed as soon as possible.

Automated decisions

The service produces content automatically, but takes no decision producing legal effects concerning you on that basis alone.
